We are The Midnight Society, a group of Los Angeles friends working to end homelessness. We support human rights, housing advocacy and educational initiatives for this purpose.

According to The Los Angeles Homeless Services Authority, there are 66,436 people in Los Angeles County experiencing homelessness as of 2020. That's enough people to fill both Dodger Stadium and the LA Convention Center! This year that tally is expected to rise. The Midnight Society wants to turn it around.

NoHo Home Alliance (NHHA) is a non-profit organization based in the East San Fernando Valley in L.A. County. NHHA runs programs including drop-in access centers for those in need. Here, trusting relationships are established which serve as an entry point to a healthier life. Warm meals, showers, healthcare, mail services, pet food, housing services, and more are offered at the centers.

Watch the video above to hear first hand about some of the powerful work Lex has been involved with. Sarah has been working with Lex behind-the-scenes for the Sleep Out this year & also for last year’s Sleep Out.

It takes $250 an hour to serve 55 people, or $1000 per day.

On October 2, 2021, members of The Midnight Society will join other NHHA members and sleep overnight on the street to raise awareness about homelessness. We hope you will see our dedication and support us! Please donate what you can and spread the word. Together we can end homelessness in our sleep.
